Warehouse Associate II
About the role
The Warehouse Associate II position at White Cap is a key role in our dynamic and expanding distribution network. You will be part of a team that supports the construction industry, helping to deliver projects across the country.
Responsibilities
- Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
- Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
- Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
- May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
- Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Generally has 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, and material handling procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Bilingual-Spanish is a plus.

Pay
Pay Range: $19.40 - $25.80 per hour.
This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for a job. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity and other factors.
