Warehouse Associate II

Responsibilities

• Assisting in a variety of warehouse duties including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading product orders, stocking and storing warehouse inventory, and fulfilling purchase orders as necessary.
• Able to assist with basic customer service.
• Perform time sensitive tasks with little or no supervision.
• Prioritize workload with little or no supervision.
• Navigate through multiple systems and websites when completing tasks.
• Use handheld Scanner and relevant software to maintain accurate shipments.
• Resolve basic escalation issues within assigned department.
• Communicate effectively and professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years previous warehouse experience.
• Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product error and safety mishaps.
• Ability to understand and carry-out directions from supervisor.
• Work independently with little to no supervision.
• Assure safety compliance with warehouse regulations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
• Positive, "CAN DO" attitude!
• Power Equipment Experience a Must.

Physical Requirements

• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Consistently lift/carry 10-20lbs.
• Bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders/steps.
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
