What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform daily distribution center functions including receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping.
- Transport, stage, and store products safely and efficiently.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and productivity goals are consistently met.
- Pull, prepare, and complete shipping orders using RF scanners, paperwork, and packaging processes.
- Perform data entry, merchandise scan-ins, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Create shipping labels and documentation for multiple carriers, including international waybills when required.
- Utilize various computer systems to consolidate orders, generate invoices, and produce shipping labels.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials independently or collaboratively.
- Complete required forklift training and operate Sit-Down, Reach, and Big Joe forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards.
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and lifts.
- Report equipment malfunctions or repair needs promptly.
What You’ll Need
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform end-user computer functions (e.g., data input, interpret information and instructions from computer screens) on Warehouse computer systems (e.g., terminals, tablets and scanners).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reading, writing, and understanding of English language.
- Forklift, stack picker, and/or manual pallet jack experience, a plus.
- This position involves standing and or walking for considerable lengths of time. Consistently bending to floor level and heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) is required.
- Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to contribute to department-wide production & quality goals.
- Must be comfortable working under high productivity and quality standards.

- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards within facility and daily workspace.
- Must be reliable and report consistently to scheduled shift, including overtime hours.

Work Arrangement
- Full-time Weekday shift: Monday to Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Will need to be able to work overtime as needed.
