Warehouse Associate II (2PM-10:30PM)

The Distribution Warehouse Associate II is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations. Key duties include:

• Pick, pack, ship, receive, put-away, cycle count, and inventory audit products.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries with transportation representatives.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies for docks and transfers, and purchase orders (PO) receipts.
• Utilize various Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as pallet movers, stand-up forklifts, high-lift reach trucks, and order pickers.
• Operate RF scanners to electronically perform warehouse activities.
• Conduct daily receiving and location audits, ensuring accurate documentation and correct storage of materials with minimal loss.
• Proactively communicate with the lead and supervisor about associate performance and assist in department relations.
• Assist in managing tasks and responsibilities within the department, and serve as a resource for all associates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to read and follow written instructions accurately in English.
• Willing and able to work overtime as required, even on short notice.
• Proficient in safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Must have or be able to obtain powered industrial truck (forklift/electric pallet jack) certification.
• Demonstrated adherence to Peet’s standards, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
