Warehouse Associate I Mid Shift

About the role

The Material Handler is responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading products, operating forklifts, stocking and storing warehouse inventory, and fulfilling transfer orders while ensuring accuracy and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisor to determine production materials needed for upcoming production requirements.
• Complete RF Transactions to ensure tracking and regulatory compliance.
• Operate a forklift in a safe and proficient manner.
• Assist with loading and unloading of trailers.
• Pick, stage, and stock inventory using a powered lift truck while utilizing barcode scanning technology.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Perform all duties and actions in a safe manner and continuously monitor areas to ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, safety, and GMP requirements.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year forklift operator experience.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use basic math skills.
• 2+ years of powered lift truck experience.
• 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to follow a schedule, as well as verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate comfortably and work with co-workers in a team environment.
• Comfortable functioning and operating in a very active and fast-paced environment.

Pay

Starting pay rate: $17.86 per hour.
