Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in accordance with company standards
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report discrepancies
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks

Requirements

• Must be at least 18+ years old
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
• Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like
• Work from heights such as roofs, ladders, or powered lifts
• Move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including awkward or tight and confined spaces
• Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time
• Stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, reach, push, or pull
• Adjust or move objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
• Repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands, or fingers
• Operate machinery or power tools
• Operate motor vehicles, industrial vehicles, or heavy equipment
• Work in noisy environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic math and reading/writing skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order processing
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures

Schedule

Day shift: Monday - Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM

Pay

Wage: $17.50/hr

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
