Warehouse Associate I

Impact Property Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate I for our branch operations. This position supports and assists with the daily loadout of contract installers, shipping and receiving processes, and maintains warehouse cleanliness and inventory structure.

• Assist with shipping and receiving, loading & unloading trucks, and scheduling freight carriers to pick up and deliver freight.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fill sales orders, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to shipping or to designated assembly area.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
• Weigh and count items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness/cleanliness at all times.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Gather and position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• 1-year experience in warehouse work environment preferred.
• Forklift Certified preferred.
• Flooring Industry knowledge is a plus.
• RFMS Systems Experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Warehouse facility is not climate controlled and may experience extreme temperatures.
• Requires up to 8 hours of standing/walking (with breaks).
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
• Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low.

Pay

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
