Warehouse Associate I

Location: Irvine, California. Must be within commuting distance of the office.

About the role

This position operates in a cold environment 99% of the time, including -20°F freezer and 2–8°C refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine physical tasks in receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, or distributing materials, parts, supplies, equipment, and finished goods.
• Unpack and verify goods against work orders, purchase orders, invoices, return authorizations, or other documentation.
• Package materials, label products/packages, count, sort, and prepare printed materials for shipment.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Operate packaging, sealing, and material-handling equipment, including motorized and non-motorized machines.
• May operate forklift or related equipment.
• Follow label, lot, or serial control procedures.
• Adhere to shipping procedures, including basic international shipping, GMP, ISO, IPC, FDA, DOT, Known Consignor, and IATA requirements where applicable.
• Handle hazardous materials according to proper safety techniques.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related warehouse experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience operating motorized and non-motorized warehouse equipment.
• Experience with SAP ERP System (E1P – W1P modules) preferred; outbound processing experience a plus.
• Experience using radio frequency equipment is beneficial.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow written instructions.
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to prioritize work and knowledge of shipping procedures.
• Team player with flexibility, attention to detail, and quality focus.

Pay

Estimated hourly rate: $17.79 to $24.52. Actual compensation based on geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible for variable annual bonus dependent on individual and company performance.
