Warehouse Associate I 2nd Shift (Monday-Thursday, 2:30pm-12:30am)

Are you ready to make an impact and work with a company that values your expertise, ideas, and career growth? As our next Warehouse Associate I 2nd Shift (Monday-Thursday, 2:30pm-12:30am), you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our organization’s success.

Responsibilities

• Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanner to pick customer orders.
• Work with the Shipping team to box and prepare shipments as needed.
• Work with the receiving team to put away and replenish product and help with Order Kitting as needed.
• Stock and put away products from the Production floor and cleanroom.
• Operate Vertical Life module (VLM) to pick and put away orders.
• Operate various warehouse industrial vehicles such as Work Assist Vehicle (WAV), Reach Truck, Electric & Manual Pallet Jack.
• Able to navigate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
• Contribute to keeping a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Maintain acceptable attendance, punctuality, and working relationships.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Previous warehouse-related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of 5S/LEAN methodologies preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Prior experience using Oracle preferred.
• Prior Radio Frequency (RF) Scanner experience preferred.
• Prior experience operating a warehouse industrial vehicles preferred.
