Warehouse Associate - Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 5am Start)

About the role

This position supports distribution services within a healthcare-focused environment, focusing on order fulfillment, inventory management, and product verification to ensure efficient delivery of pharmaceuticals and merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Performing daily cycle counts and researching discrepancies.
• Using equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintaining a clean work environment to ensure safety and product integrity.
• Verifying received products against documentation and reporting damages or discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Capable of working in a climate-controlled, fast-paced environment.
• Motivated, dependable, with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk up to 8 miles per shift.

Skills

• Experience with warehouse operations and RF scanning equipment is preferred.
• Key attributes: reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to perform manual and repetitive tasks efficiently.
