Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm & Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Anticipated hourly range: $19.00 - $19.60 per hour

About the role

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing and controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. You will receive and fulfill orders so our customers can have the products they need to take care of their patients.

Responsibilities

  • Follow established process to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
  • Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
  • Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty (e.g., order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie rider).
  • Work at heights up to 25 feet consistently.
  • Adhere to site safety regulations, including wearing required personal protective equipment such as steel-toed safety shoes and material handling equipment safety harness.
  • Work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting hourly established distribution quotas and performance standards.
  • Comprehend and accurately process paperwork in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Work overtime with little or no advance notice.
  • Work in refrigerated environments (36°F–42°F) for up to 8 hours or longer.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Previous material handling equipment (MHE) experience preferred.
  • Ability to use radio frequency (RF) scanner.
  • Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs and bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for an entire shift of 8 hours or more.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment with limited supervision.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and general computer skills desired.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and good multi-tasking skills.
