Warehouse Associate - Full Time

Role Overview

Supports warehouse operations for temperature-sensitive materials, ensuring proper storage, handling, and shipment. Monitors conditions, updates inventory records, and manages materials using warehouse equipment. Prepares shipments, identifies non-conforming items, and escalates issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment
• Update warehouse transactions, inventory, and shipment documentation
• Identify and route damaged or non-conforming materials
• Coordinate material movement with warehouse equipment
• Prepare packaging and shipment areas
• Escalate handling or inventory issues

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; supply chain certification preferred
• Less than 2 years of related warehouse or distribution experience
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and cold chain handling
• Proficiency in shipment documentation, safety practices, and warehouse tools
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
