Warehouse Associate - Full Case (Nights)

Pay

$22.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn more through incentive pay based on performance.

Schedule

Sunday – Thursday, starting at 2:30 pm until finished.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve product in accordance with printed customer orders and pack products.
• Restock order selection zones as necessary and consolidate merchandise.
• Stack orders securely according to the sequence of the delivery route.
• Apply shipping ID labels to products and complete paperwork related to inventory processes.
• Maintain an orderly workstation; return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
• Record materials and inventory levels.
• Follow preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines.
• Ensure work area safety and report any unsafe conditions or acts immediately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Experience operating an electric pallet jack.
• Pallet picking experience with accuracy.
• Prior full case / bulk pick experience.
• Ability to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; lift, stack, and pull products weighing 10–35 lb, up to approximately 60–90 lb depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Willingness to become certified in forklift operation and electrical pallet jack.
• Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
