Warehouse Associate - Freezer/Cooler (Nights)

Schedule

Shift: Sunday – Thursday, starting at 2 pm and working until the end of the shift. The role is based in freezer/cooler areas where temperatures range from 36 °F (2 °C) to –10 °F (‑23 °C). Freezer jackets are provided.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve product, stack orders for delivery, and monitor inventory levels.
• Direct, stock, select, and replenish products.
• Pick product according to printed customer orders and pack items.
• Restock order‑selection zones and consolidate merchandise as needed.
• Stack orders securely following the delivery route sequence.
• Apply shipping ID labels and complete related inventory paperwork.
• Maintain an orderly workstation; return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
• Record materials and inventory levels.
• Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures.
• Ensure the work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions or acts immediately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution experience.
• Ability to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.
• Physical ability to lift, stack, and pull products ranging from 10–35 lb, and occasionally up to 60–90 lb, from various heights.
• Willingness to work in freezer and cooler environments (36 °F to –10 °F).
• Ability to become certified in forklift operation and electrical pallet jack.
