Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid

About the role

Join the first off‑site package management solution for apartment buildings. At Fetch we coordinate direct‑to‑door package delivery, ensuring a stress‑free and convenient experience for residents. As a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid you will help maintain a safe work environment, process packages, pick driver routes, perform inventory audits, clean workspaces, and assist delivery drivers with scheduling and completing drops at local communities.

Responsibilities

• Report to the warehouse and help maintain a safe work environment.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages.
• Pick driver routes and assist delivery drivers with scheduling and completing drops.
• Perform inventory audits and clean workspaces.
• Complete fleet inspections and execute route inventory audits.
• Deliver a mix of small and oversized packages within scheduled windows to apartment communities.
• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, loading and unloading deliveries.
• Lift parcels up to 150 lb using material handling equipment or team lifts.
• Spend up to 60 % of the weekly schedule on delivery routes across multiple apartment communities.
• Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment.
• Crouch, kneel, and stand regularly throughout shifts; move loads to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities.
• Lift and travel upstairs for deliveries when necessary.
• Maintain close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception for safe driving.
• Operate hand‑activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with smartphone applications and scanning devices.
• At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions.

Pay

$18.5 USD per hour (range shown as 18.5 – 18.5 USD).
