Warehouse Associate/Driver - Builder's Wholesale Interiors

About the role

Artisan Design Group (ADG) is a leading supply chain partner to homebuilders throughout the United States, with over 3,000 employees operating out of 135 facilities in 25 states. We provide a full range of design, procurement, and installation services along with products from top manufacturers of flooring, cabinets, and countertops. Currently seeking a Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Move cabinets from one place to another in warehouse using dolly without damaging product
• Load cabinets in delivery truck
• Unload cabinets at jobsite into new construction homes
• Miscellaneous activities as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driving license
• DOT Certification is a plus
• Knowledge of traffic rules and regulations
• Sound judgement and decision-making
• Excellent driving skills
• Proficiency in using navigational software to map routes
• Good driving record

Qualifications

• Ability to drive for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to reach with hands and arms
• Ability to move among and between jobsites
• Ability to handle materials and documents
• Ability to sit, stoop, kneel and crouch
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to see well enough to discern differences in quality of documents and products
