About the role

As a Delivery Driver you will be empowered to safely transport materials that keep our communities safe, ensuring customers receive the supplies they need for clean water and heating/cooling. This is a local delivery role (you will be home each night).

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of commercial driving regulations (DOT regulations).
• Verify all loads to ensure accurate customer deliveries.
• Properly load and unload materials from the truck and maintain inventory control.
• Operate a vehicle with a combined weight of less than 10,000 lb.
• Drive in various conditions, including urban and construction settings.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and professionalism.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Class C driver’s license (must be maintained).
• Clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lb or more, bend, squat, crouch, reach, and work both indoors and outdoors as required.
• Attendance – ability to maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location.
• Operation of common office equipment (computers, copiers, etc.) with near‑vision and manual dexterity.
• Oral communication skills (speech clarity, recognition).
• Written communication skills (reading, writing, comprehension, expression).
• Mental capacities including, but not limited to: active listening, adaptability, analytical thinking, attention to detail, cooperation, critical thinking, dependability, initiative, problem sensitivity, service orientation, stress tolerance, time management, and many others listed in the posting.
