Team & Position Description We are seeking a versatile warehouse team member for our Indianapolis, IN location, to handle tasks including selecting and organizing customer orders, verifying and cross-referencing all orders prepared for delivery, providing general support in the warehouse, and engaging in delivery and various technical activities. What You’ll Do Day To Day Serve as a customer-facing representative, building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.Travel up to 3 days per week, up to 1-2, to customer sites for inventory checks and support.Perform receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipment preparation in a team-oriented warehouse environment, including overtime as needed to meet daily/weekly goals.Deliver product to internal and external customers driving a "straight" truck or van as needed.Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, hand trucks, and dollies, to move products efficiently and safely.Maintain a safe and legal driving record while operating company vehicles responsibly.Follow all company and job-specific procedures, including proper loading/unloading of trucks and vans.Engage in light production and assembly tasks as needed.Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.Ensure cleanliness and perform routine maintenance on assigned vehicles and equipment. Requirements Ability to perform basic math calculationsMust have good verbal and written skillsMust be able to work with minimal supervisionHigh school diploma or GED equivalentMinimum of 1 year of warehousing experiencePossess a valid Driver’s LicenseMust be able to pass a pre-employment background check Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workdayCapability to handle boxes and toolsProficiency in reaching with hands and armsOccasional requirement to climb stairs or laddersRegular lifting and/or moving of up to 50 poundsUsing a hand truck, the employee must regularly push and pull loads ranging from 180 to 250 poundsOccasional exposure to outside weather conditions while performing job dutiesModerate to loud noise levels in the work environment, with occasional instances of loud noise Please note: This role will be filled by our internal talent acquisition team, so no assistance is needed from any outside staffing agency at this time.
