Warehouse Associate/Driver

About the role

Maynor Service is seeking a reliable, safety‑conscious Warehouse Associate/Driver to manage warehouse tasks and safely transport equipment, tools, and supplies to and from job sites using a box truck. The role helps keep service teams ready for every job.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and drive a 10‑24 ft box truck to deliver materials and equipment.
• Load and unload cargo securely and efficiently while following all safety protocols.
• Perform routine pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including organizing inventory, picking orders, and staging materials.
• Communicate effectively with field technicians, warehouse staff, and management.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License & Requirements: Must successfully pass a mandatory motor vehicle (DMV) record check and background test.
• Driving Experience: Proven experience safely driving 10‑24 ft box trucks.
• Trade Knowledge: Familiarity with trades such as HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing (preferred) to better understand inventory and equipment needs.
• Work Style: A quick learner who is adaptable, organized, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
