Warehouse Associate - Driver

About the Role

A Warehouse Associate prepares orders for shipment to customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow set work standards for picking orders.
• Safely operate and utilize manual and powered equipment, including Reach Truck and Dock Stocker.
• Load and unload product efficiently and safely.
• Check product and packaging for quality prior to shipping.
• Scan products using an RF scanner.
• Review orders for shipment to ensure accuracy.
• Perform other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow prescribed safety regulations.

Requirements

• Powered Industrial Truck certification for Reach Truck and Dock Stocker.
• Previous warehouse, RF scanner, and Warehouse Management System experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, balance, walk, and stoop for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Good eye/hand coordination and motor skills.
• Strong arithmetic skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing).
• Keen attention to detail, including speed and accuracy in counting and checking.
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Good judgment and decision-making skills.

Schedule

Regular workdays are Monday through Friday. Occasionally, responsibilities may require additional daytime, evening, or weekend hours to meet deadlines.
