Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver

About the role

The Warehouse Operator / Delivery Driver role at Reece & Fortiline is vital for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations. We are seeking individuals who can work cooperatively in a team environment to manage the receipt, verification, staging, and stocking of incoming materials.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively in a team within the warehouse to efficiently receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material in order to maintain inventory standards.
• Verify all loads to ensure accurate customer deliveries.
• Properly load and unload the materials from the truck, and maintain inventory control.
• Operate the class of vehicle necessary for the assignment.
• Drive in various conditions, including urban and construction settings.
• Deliver high quality customer service and professionalism!

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license for the assigned vehicle class.
• Class C – Anything 26,000 lbs or less combined gross weight.
• Class B – Box truck with a combined vehicle weight of 26,001lbs or more.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Forklift Certification.
• Skills and knowledge to advance your career into leadership, CDL driver, or sales opportunities.
• Additional physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 75 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job during the assigned work hours.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $16.90 - $21.85 per hour. Final compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
