Purpose of Position
The Warehouse Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of products to Ethos customers and company-owned stores throughout the designated delivery territory. This role supports daily warehouse operations when not performing deliveries by assisting with picking, packing, receiving, and product handling. The position also serves as a front-line representative of the company, providing professional service during deliveries and supporting store operations with basic maintenance, product movement, and display setup as needed to ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Participate in safety programs, comply with company safety rules & work with “safety first” behavior.
- Deliver to customers in a courteous, pleasant and professional manner.
- Have customers sign paperwork that delivery was made, collect COD’s and hand in paperwork in a prompt, neat and organized manner each day upon return to the warehouse.
- Ensure that delivery van is kept clean on a daily basis.
- Ensure that delivery van is inspected each day and can be operated in a safe manner prior to going on the road.
- Hand in daily copy of the “Driver’s Daily Inspection Report.”
- Operate company van in a safe and courteous manner at all times.
- Responsible for safe keeping of the company card while in possession; signing out company card to purchase gas and sign back in when complete.
- Communicate with supervisor or manager if delivery cannot or was not made in a timely manner so that the customer may be advised.
- Ensure that company van is locked at all times while making deliveries or away from the vehicle.
- Ensure orders, materials and equipment needed to make deliveries are loaded prior to leaving the warehouse.
- As stated in position summary, work in the warehouse in various positions when not making deliveries or upon return from making deliveries.

Key Skills
- Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal.
- Proficient in warehouse systems, handheld scanners, and material handling equipment.
- Skilled in receiving, inventory processes, and PIT equipment operation.
- Must be willing to accept new duties as business needs and the role evolve.
Experience & Education
- One to three years of previous delivery and or warehouse experience.
- High School diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, reach, and climb a ladder for most of the shift to perform job duties accurately.
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and must be able to perform computer work from a standing position.
