Warehouse Associate (Days)

Behind every order is a team making sure product is stored, moved, and ready when needed. At Ferraro Foods, our Warehouse Associates support all areas of the operation to keep product moving so our customers across the food industry get what they need, when they need it. We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate who’s dependable, hardworking, and ready to jump in wherever needed. What You’ll Be Working On Select and build customer orders accurately and efficientlyPut away incoming product in the correct warehouse locationsReplenish pick slots so selectors always have product ready to goMove product throughout the warehouse using equipment as neededKeep aisles organized and maintain clean, safe work areasFollow proper product rotation (FIFO) to maintain inventory qualityUse RF scanners to track, move, and manage productSupport different areas of the warehouse based on daily needsJump in where needed to support daily warehouse operations The Ingredients for Success Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferredExperience operating reach trucks, forklifts, or electric pallet jacks preferredPrevious order selection and receiving experience preferredAbility to operate or learn warehouse equipmentAbility to lift, carry, push, and move product (up to 50 lbs throughout the shift)Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks continuously throughout the workdayAbility to work in a fast-paced, physical environmentStrong work ethic and reliabilityAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow instructions and stay on taskTeam player with a willingness to help where needed Why You’ll Love Working Here Work with a team that supports customers across the food industryVariety in your day with different warehouse responsibilitiesOpportunities to grow within warehouse and operations teamsTeam environment that values effort and reliability The Details Environment: Multi-temperature warehouse (including refrigerated and freezer areas)Equipment: Electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, forklifts, and warehouse systemsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PMPay: $18.00–$20.00 per hourPosition Type: Full-time, hourlyBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid holidays, and additional voluntary benefit offerings.
