About the role

The Warehouse Associate - Cycle Counter position is available for a 3rd shift, Monday through Friday schedule from 10pm to 6am in Jackson, TN. This role offers a starting hourly wage of $20.60 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential.

Responsibilities

  • Perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks using the JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Ensure correct product, quantity, and lot/serial numbers are selected for each order
  • Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring all items are properly protected and labeled
  • Receive inbound shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and accurately record receipts in JDA
  • Unload, sort, and store products in designated locations using manual and automated systems
  • Absorb and execute cycle counts and inventory audits as required
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred; experience with JDA WMS and automated systems (Autostore, VLM) a plus
  • Ability to operate warehouse technology
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
