Join Our Team as a Warehouse Associate!

Slifco Electric is a premier electrical contracting firm serving the Automotive, Heavy Industrial, and Mission Critical sectors. We specialize in both ground-up construction and major renovations, managing electrical packages ranging from small service work to multi-million-dollar installations. We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and general facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Back up Class B CDL delivery driver
• Complete deliveries and pick-ups in a safe and timely manner as needed
• Pull orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle shipping and receiving of materials and equipment
• Utilize hi-lo and/or forklift as appropriate for heavy loads
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Perform general warehouse duties and clean-up as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
• Execute all job responsibilities in a safe manner at all times
• Report any unsafe conditions in the shop, on the road, or at job sites immediately
• Wear appropriate work attire (jeans or work pants and work boots)
• Use company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required

Qualifications

• Class B CDL required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, material handling preferred)
• Attention to detail and accuracy when pulling and handling orders
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual work ethic
• Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
