Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading boxes in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Loading Duties
- Hand-load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers
- Scan boxes into the trailer using a handheld scanner
- Move cages to and from staging areas
- Ensure loads are completed quickly, safely, neatly, and accurately
Unloading Duties
- Unload boxes from floor-loaded trailers onto a conveyor
- Scan incoming boxes
- Sort and place boxes into cages
Pay Structure
This is a performance-based position: Paid per case loaded/unloaded Higher productivity means higher earnings Team efficiency directly impacts your pay
Schedule
- 1st Shift: Wednesday - Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Overtime may be required as needed
- 10-hour shifts
Requirements
- Strong attendance and punctuality are mandatory
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Able to lift and carry 5–50 lbs consistently
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to work for extended periods in a physically demanding environment
