Warehouse Associate

About the role

The purpose of this job is to support and improve warehouse production through regular maintenance, cleanliness, and teamwork. This role requires onsite presence at our Shiremanstown, PA warehouse and reports to the Warehouse Supervisor & Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed departmental expectations
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Load outbound trailers
• Manage cardboard disposal and compactor operation
• Fill in as needed to maintain positive production flow
• Perform warehouse cleaning tasks (floor scrubber operation, sweeping, etc.)
• Use pallet jacks to move machines within the warehouse
• Break down pallets of machines into smaller cases of 4 to 5 units
• Work overtime as needed, including extra hours during the week and some Saturday mornings
• Be available to come in early or stay late to support business needs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment to prevent accidents and injuries
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for compliance, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with colleagues of varying backgrounds
• Set a positive example through attendance and time management
• Adapt to change in a fast-paced environment to support business objectives
• Demonstrate accurate verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Able to function independently and as part of a team
• High school education

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility for a majority of the day
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 15 lbs
• For CPAP Utility Associates: ability to lift boxes up to 35 lbs
• Visual abilities including reading, distance vision, and peripheral vision

Schedule

Semi-Full Time, Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
