Key Responsibilities
- Assist with production, assembly, packaging, and material handling activities
- Prepare, inspect, and package products according to quality standards
- Receive, organize, and store incoming materials and inventory
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company safety policies and operational procedures
- Complete production and inventory documentation accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Perform other warehouse and production-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Forklift certification and/or forklift operating experience
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, or material handling equipment
