Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Tile Shop is NOW HIRING a FULL TIME and IN-STORE Warehouse Associate.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing store warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily workflows.
• Processing incoming freight trucks and unloading deliveries in a timely manner.
• Reading order documents to accurately assemble customer orders from stock onto pallets or shelves.
• Organizing and stocking inventory on racks, shelves, or bins by size, type, or product code.
• Picking, staging, and preparing outbound shipments, including all packing and shipping documents.
• Loading and unloading customer vehicles, securing signed paperwork upon completion.
• Ensuring shipment accuracy for all inbound and outbound orders, verifying they are damage-free.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through clear labeling of back stock and active cycle counting.
• Completing inventory paperwork and entering receiving, shipping, and UPS records into the computer.
• Operating and inspecting equipment safely, including forklifts, to keep them in good working order.
• Keeping the warehouse clean and maintaining a neat, orderly work area at all times.
• Performing other duties as assigned to support overall store and warehouse needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic computer systems and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate store operations.
