About the role

We are seeking dynamic, career-minded Warehouse Associates to join our growing team. This full-time position offers great pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a stable, expanding company with 50 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, process, label, and store incoming stock
  • Maintain clear records of all inventory and stock
  • Scan items into the warehouse management system
  • Inspect stock for damages and keep records of damages
  • Organize warehouse space efficiently
  • Prepare and pick orders for shipment
  • Record exact arrival and departure times for shipments
  • Operate stock management tools, including powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks
  • Count stock and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Perform routine cleaning duties
  • Interface with management to ensure key objectives are met
  • Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations

Requirements

  • Accurately follow written and verbal directions
  • Maintain individual productivity and quality standards
  • Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move objects weighing 10-50 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs
  • Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and occasionally sit, climb (ladders/stairs), or balance
  • Work in environmental conditions with protection from weather but not necessarily temperature changes
  • Function in narrow aisles or passageways
  • Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Effective time management and ability to work well under pressure
  • Collaborate effectively with staff and supervisors
  • Open availability, flexibility, and ability to work various shifts and overtime
  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety measures
  • Maintain and promote workplace safety
  • Secure and transfer cash or other assets as needed

Pay

Starting at $17.00 per hour.
