Responsibilities
- Drive Results: Maintain high productivity and quality standards in a active warehouse environment.
- Stay Mobile: Lift, move, and transport assets/inventory.
- Safety First: Keep narrow aisles clean and follow safety protocols.
- Collaborate: Communicate clearly and work smoothly with teammates and supervisors under pressure.
Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements: Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
- Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
- Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 100 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach.
- Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/ or stairs) or balance.
- May be subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
- May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
- Attention to detail.
- Great communication skills.
- Time management skills.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors.
- Must have an open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and over time.
- 1-2 years Warehouse experience preferred.
- Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse.
- Maintain and promote workplace safety.
