Warehouse Associate

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Process, package, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
• Inspect products for defects or damage
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Receive, unload, and properly store inventory
• Verify and fulfill customer orders and invoices
• Organize and maintain warehouse space
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Auxiliary with production activities, including cutting, assembly, and sewing-related tasks as needed
• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Contribute ideas to improve warehouse and production processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
• Receiving and inventory management experience
• Forklift experience (certification preferred)
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including periods exceeding 105°F
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating circular blade cutting equipment
• Experience with table saws and CNC machines
• Experience in a production or industrial sewing environment
• Knowledge of materials, nylon products, and sewing processes
• Experience using warehouse management or inventory systems
