Warehouse Associate

Role Overview The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, stocking, and distributing materials within a warehouse setting to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service. Key Duties Accurately unload, count, verify, and log incoming shipments.Load outgoing orders onto trucks, ensuring proper handling and documentation.Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.Manage inventory through proper storage, rotation, and discrepancy reporting.Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and proficiently.Provide outstanding customer service via effective communication and product knowledge.Collaborate with team members to foster a cooperative work environment.Prioritize tasks efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and deadlines. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills and math proficiency. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Reliable work practices with safety awareness. Preferred: forklift certification, experience in high-volume distribution, proficiency with inventory software, bilingual abilities, and knowledge of safety regulations. This role involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 lbs, working in variable conditions, and using equipment safely. It requires a team-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and effective time management, all within a fast-paced environment.
