Warehouse Associate

Texas AirSystems is a fast-growing Texas manufacturer's rep firm that partners with over 60 leading HVAC manufacturers. We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support our shipping, receiving, and stocking operations, as well as assist with parts sales and warranty administration.

Responsibilities

• Supports the shipping, receiving & stocking of warehouse inventory
• Supports warehouse staff in a team-based environment
• Ensures customer satisfaction through active participation
• Performs warehouse and facilities maintenance and housekeeping
• Assists with Parts Sales functions
• Assists with Warranty administration
• Loads and unloads shipments of parts, supplies, and equipment
• Processes customer orders and responds to inquiries and complaints
• Maintains inventory records and ensures supplies are replenished
• Delivers parts orders to customer locations or job sites
• Follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Determines and implements solutions to resolve issues

Requirements

• Moderate PC skills in Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Own transportation and valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet truck, hand truck)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks

Preferred Skills

• Experience in warehouse management or similar roles
• Previous experience with HVAC products
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office advanced features
