Warehouse Associate

About the Role

Fetch is a venture-backed company redefining multifamily living through four core services: Package Delivery, Valet Trash, Fetch Market, and Fetch Storage. As a Warehouse Associate, you will help maintain a safe work environment in our warehouse, process packages, pick driver routes, perform inventory audits, clean workspaces, and assist delivery drivers complete and schedule delivery drops at local communities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment in the warehouse
• Process packages and pick driver routes
• Perform inventory audits
• Clean workspaces
• Assist delivery drivers with completing and scheduling delivery drops

Requirements

• Proficiency using smartphone applications and scanning devices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Desire to help others and be a team player
• Clear and concise electronic and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• Former warehouse experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Demands

• Regularly lift and move parcels, including team lifts of up to 150 lbs
• Ability to crouch, kneel, and stand regularly throughout shifts
• Assist with moving loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans
• Close, distance, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception
• Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks
