Warehouse Associate

About the role

Fetch is a venture-backed company redefining multifamily living through four core services: Package Delivery, Valet Trash, Fetch Market, and Fetch Storage. As a Warehouse Associate, you will help maintain a safe work environment in our warehouse, process packages, pick driver routes, perform inventory audits, clean workspaces, and assist delivery drivers complete and schedule delivery drops at local communities.

The ideal candidate is passionate about serving others, a great communicator, proficient using smartphone applications, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Process packages and pick driver routes
• Perform inventory audits
• Maintain clean and safe workspaces
• Assist delivery drivers with completing and scheduling delivery drops at local communities
• Regularly lift and move parcels, including team lifts for parcels up to 150lbs using material equipment
• Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks
• Move loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities

Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Desire to help others and be a team player
• Clear and concise electronic and verbal communication
• Proficiency using smartphone applications and scanning devices
• Ability to crouch, kneel, and stand regularly throughout shifts
• Close, distance, and peripheral vision along with depth perception required during the fulfillment process

Former warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
