Position Overview Swick is seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our expanding HVAC team as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, the Warehouse Associate will support our installation team by managing job staging, coordinating parts deliveries, and building sheet metal transitions while contributing to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the HVAC/trades industry—no prior experience required. We’re willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
