Responsibilities

• Move, stock, receive, and pack outbound warehouse merchandise.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and conducting inventory counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks.
• Follow warehouse safety regulations.
• Complete daily warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, packaging, pulling, inventory, and organizational tasks.
• Unload shipments from suppliers and verify order accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and flexibly switch between tasks based on order demands.
• Prepare product for manufacturing and distribution.
• Inspect product for defects and verify correct counts.
• Perform in-process checks and inventory adjustments.
• Load and receive merchandise, build orders, and organize merchandise.
• Interpret production schedules to ensure proper materials are in inventory and ready for use.
• Maintain appropriate packaging inventory for products.
• Work independently and as part of a team, following instructions from supervisors.
• Use Warehouse Management or ERP systems occasionally.
• Assist other employees in accomplishing company goals.
• Participate in and complete company-required training programs.
• Meet all quality standards in performing assigned tasks.
• Participate in Environmental, Health, Safety, and OSHA initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3+ years of warehousing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Ability to drive a forklift and organize materials; licensed stand-up and sit-down forklift experience is a plus.
• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and working on a computer.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
• Ability to access and navigate all departments at the organization's facilities.
• Capability to perform repeated twisting, grasping, reaching, turning, stooping, and lifting activities throughout the shift.
• Exposure to fine plant particles (e.g., dust from grinding or trimming) in a cannabis manufacturing setting; PPE provided.

Skills & Abilities

• Punctual, stable, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to follow instructions and work with little supervision, taking initiative when needed.
• Efficient team player with the ability to perform fast, repetitive tasks precisely.
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems).
• Basic keyboarding skills preferred.
• Handles basic issues and problems; refers complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Working knowledge of subject matter.
• Able to work in a high-paced environment.

Pay

$19.00/hour for this full-time role.
