About the role

The Warehouse Associate at Standex International will play a crucial part in supporting the manufacturing and distribution processes. This role involves working closely with plant employees, driving a forklift, and performing essential functions such as picking, packing, shipping, and receiving inventory.

Responsibilities

• Work with plant employees to follow facility rules and discipline levels
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Occasionally work overtime
• Sign for inbound shipments and obtain driver signatures for outbound shipments
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Collect and ensure accuracy of shipping/receiving documentation
• Complete tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Forklift experience
• Picking, packing, shipping, receiving
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Reliable transportation
• Pass drug screen and background check

• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
