Warehouse Associate

About the Role

Works across multiple departments within a distribution center, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment to move and locate inventory.
• Assists with staging and loading orders for delivery.
• Verifies incoming products for quantity and quality.
• Prepares items for customer orders, building and wrapping pallets.
• Inspects stock for wear and defects, reporting issues to management.
• Returns misplaced products to correct storage locations.
• Maintains a clean, safe working environment.
• Performs inventory control functions as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred; specialized training may be required.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Strong understanding of written materials.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements.
• Comfortable working in environments with temperature variations, loud noises, and machinery.

Additional Details

Work under general supervision, exercising judgment within established policies. No travel required.
