Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and unload shipments accurately, ensuring proper logging and storage.
• Load outgoing orders correctly, adhering to delivery schedules and documentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and uphold safety protocols.
• Manage inventory through proper distribution, stock rotation, and discrepancy reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service with strong communication and product knowledge.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a cooperative work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs., work in various conditions, and operate equipment safely.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift operation certification.
• Experience in high-volume distribution.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and inventory management software.
