Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments of windows, doors, bath products, and other materials.
- Inspect and verify the accuracy of shipments received from suppliers, ensuring that products match the corresponding orders.
- Handle products with care, following company protocols for receiving and inspecting shipments.
- Organize the warehouse in a clean, effective, and safe manner, ensuring that all products are stored properly and easily accessible.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and assist with stock rotation to ensure products are used in a timely manner.
- Use the inventory module system to track product quantities, locations, and order statuses.
- Pull products for upcoming installations and service jobs, ensuring the correct items are selected and prepared for delivery.
- Cook up with installers and service technicians to ensure products are picked up in a timely manner.
- Prepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring accurate packaging and labeling.
- Cook up with internal teams to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics roles is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and logistical skills to manage inventory and warehouse tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate shipments, product selections, and record-keeping.
- A positive attitude with a team-oriented approach and a willingness to assist others when needed.
- Dependable and reliable with the ability to follow through on tasks and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs. or more) as needed.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and performing physical tasks.
Additional Information
This position may require occasional overtime or weekend work depending on business needs. The role may require travel between warehouse and various job sites.
