Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support for walk-in customers
- Load and unload trucks safely
- Scan-in equipment, by order, in compliance with Rentex policy and procedure
- Check for missing equipment and report on findings
- Count cables and miscellaneous items
- Double-check anything requiring a signature
- Follow direction of the department leader and managers
- Pull and prep orders with excellence and high attention to detail
- Maintain safe, organized, and clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance
- Comply with written and posted company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to graduation from high school or a GED
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge in set-up, operation, and troubleshooting of computer and audio-visual equipment (preferred)
- Prior experience in live event production (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (preferred)

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Knowledge of basic computer and audio-visual equipment operations
