Warehouse Associate
Duties And Responsibilities
- Load and unload Materials and Equipment
- Dispose waste appropriately and safely
- Shipping and receiving functions at dock
- Tagging equipment
- Storing equipment in designated areas
- Maintaining and tracking warehouse inventory
- Cleaning various pieces of equipment
- Maintaining warehouse floors
- Assisting technicians with minor repairs
- Delivering and receiving parts
- Ensuring all assets are properly identified and tagged
- Communicating with truck drivers
- Reporting damage found on incoming assets
- Reporting to leadership
- Performing miscellaneous jobs as needed
- Receiving
- Identifying ownership of assets
- Tagging incoming equipment
- Completing paperwork
- Verifying received items
- Ensuring RW assets are stenciled and/or tagged
- Ensuring dock area is clear
- Reporting to leadership
- Shipping
- Verifying proper paperwork and asset details
- Removing obsolete tags
- Keeping dock area clear

- Warehouse Inventory Control
- Storing equipment/assets in appropriate areas
- Maintaining and organizing inventory
- Moving and correcting assets in the correct spot
- Removing batteries from used trucks
- Performing cycle inventories
- House Keeping
- Keeping the warehouse and lot clean
- Parking equipment in neat even rows
- Completing assigned housekeeping tasks

- Physical Requirements
- Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts
- Exposure to outside weather conditions, high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, extreme heat, and vibration
- Frequent exposure to noise levels
Pay Range
The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location.
About the Role
Raymond West is looking for a dynamic Warehouse Associate to join our team! The Warehouse Associate is responsible for loading and unloading all Raymond West equipment including taking inventory and store materials in the warehouse. The Warehouse Associate is also responsible for accurately monitoring of all dock movements of product and ensuring that each shipped or received item is properly identified and tagged. Performs various shop duties as assigned to maintain the shop and warehouse facilities in good order.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience: Determined by position. High school diploma or equivalent. Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Schedule
Position is non-Sedentary, and work is often performed outside or in a Warehouse.
