Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Associate supports the team and our customers by accurately and safely receiving/pulling orders in a fast-paced environment. On a daily basis, they pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup. They assist in loading the delivery truck, receiving shipments, logging into inventory, maintaining inventory through audits, communicating positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customers to coordinate deliveries/pickup, operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain required certification, perform vehicle safety checks, and report discrepancies to supervisor. They also assist in keeping the facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.
• To be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Pay

The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commissions plans as well as relocation or cost of living adjustments. The compensation range for this position in Maryland is between $18 and $20 based on a full-time schedule.

Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM
