Warehouse Associate
About the role
The Warehouse Associate supports the team and our customers by accurately and safely receiving/pulling orders in a fast-paced environment. On a daily basis, they pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup. They assist in loading the delivery truck, receive shipments, log into inventory, maintain inventory through audits, communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up, operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain required certification, perform vehicle safety checks, and report discrepancies to supervisor. They also assist in keeping the facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently. Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
- Assists in loading the delivery truck.
- Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
- Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
- Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor.
- Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
- Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior forklift experience preferred.
- Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.

- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.

- Forklift operation certification.

Pay
The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commissions plans as well as relocation or cost of living adjustments. Schedule
Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM Rotating Saturdays 8AM - 12PM during summer season.
