Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Associate supports the team and our customers by accurately and safely receiving/pulling orders in a fast-paced environment. On a daily basis, they pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup. They assist in loading the delivery truck, receiving shipments, logging into inventory, maintaining inventory through audits, communicating positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up. They operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain required certification, perform vehicle safety checks, and report discrepancies to supervisor. They also assist in keeping the facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor, or warehousing preferred.

Pay

$15 - $18/hour and up to $2,500 through our performance bonuses.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm and a rotating Saturday morning shift.
