Warehouse Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Receive, sort, store, and accurately pick products as assigned.
• Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment in accordance with standard procedures.
• Load and unload materials manually and ensure proper placement in designated areas.
• Operate handheld scanners and other equipment safely and correctly.
• Identify and report damaged or missing items promptly.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and complete required documentation.
• Assist with various warehouse functions and participate in process improvement efforts.

Required Skills For Success

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Dependable, with consistent attendance and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain safety standards, and use scanners/digital tools.
• Basic math and documentation tasks.
• Physically able to lift, bend, push/pull, and stay active throughout the shift.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist across warehouse functions.
