About the Role
We are seeking experienced warehouse associates (3+ years) to join our team in Dublin, GA. Warehouse associates perform a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Responsibilities include functions such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. Associates ensure the efficient flow of products from receipt to shipment while adhering to prescribed service parameters for a variety of internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, and storage tasks.
- Maintain efficient product flow from receipt to shipment.
- Adhere to service parameters for internal and external customers.
- Work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established quotas and standards.
- Operate in non-climate-controlled environments.
- Utilize automated or RF (Radio Frequency) warehouse systems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training/experience.
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Automated or RF (Radio Frequency) warehouse experience required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer focus and positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office equipment.
