About the role
PCI is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Local Delivery Driver for its Spokane operations based in Spokane, WA. This position is safety-sensitive.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks with equipment and materials
- Drive from our local warehouse to various local vendors and jobsites in company-provided pick-up trucks (3/4-ton max)
- Handle inventory, materials, tools, and equipment in both our warehouse and on project sites (training provided)
- Inspect and review all incoming and outgoing tools & equipment for proper use and defects
- Perform general warehouse maintenance (keeping area safe, clean, and organized)
- Use warehouse hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment (training provided)
Requirements
- 2 years of previous experience operating a motor vehicle for professional purposes
- Valid state driver’s license
- Safe driving habits and record
- At least 21 years old
- Able to lift 40 pounds at a time
- Ability to perform basic math
- Able to sustain prolonged periods standing and working outside
- Physically able to perform assigned tasks
- Maintain consistent punctuality for scheduled work hours
- Ability to communicate thoroughly and effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive initiative; takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities
- DOT driver physical/compliance (non-CDL) preferred, can be trained
- CDL not required; CDL incentive pay potential, can be trained
- Forklift operating experience preferred, can be trained
- Construction industry knowledge preferred
- Local to the Spokane area preferred
Pay
This position pays $22–$24/hour (DOE) plus overtime and bonus incentive potential. Regular pay evaluations offer opportunities for improvement after starting.
Schedule
Typical 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM with occasional overtime. Home every night.
